About Return

Our Guarantee

    1. Return or exchange within 30 days of delivery,
    2. For damaged bags, we are responsible for returning shipping fees;
    3. For nonmembers, we provide 180 days warranty; 
    4. For our membership, we provide 365-DAY free repairs.

    How to Return


    All customers should contact us before returning any item(s) / product(s).

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the "brand new condition" (used bag won't be accepted).

    *Customized products cannot be returned under any circumstances.

    • Please provide the following information in the package along with the goods:
    1. Your name;
    2. Your telephone number and email address;
    3. Your order number or invoice number;
    4. The reason why you are returning the goods;
    5. Attach photos showing the items in their original condition, including packaging and tags.

    >>>>We strongly recommend you to use a reputable delivery service, get a receipt for the consignment and properly package all items to keep them protected whilst shipping.

    • We will provide you with the return address via email. Please do not send your return to the address on the package.
    • Share the return tracking number with us for faster processing.
    • Allow 10-15 business days for our warehouse to inspect the returned items.

    What is the 30-days Return Policy?

    It means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. And please ensure you familiarize yourself with our policy below before your purchase.

    Return Shipping Fee

    1. If the product is returned for non-quality problems, the return delivery fee will need to be paid by the customer.
    2. If customers receive damaged products, you do not need to bear the return shipping cost. And please note: if damaged, please contact us within 7 working days of delivery for return or exchange.
    3. If the package is rejected, 10% of the refund amount will be deducted as the shipping fee.

    Return Processing Time

    1. We strive to provide feedback within 1-3 business days.
    2. Please give us 10-15 business days to process your return.

    Cancellation of Order

    1. Cancellation request if the order is not shipped: If you want to cancel the order immediately before it’s dispatched, we will cancel the order and will get full refund if the order is canceled successfully.
    2. Cancellation request if the order is shipped: In this case, please send us a return request when you receive the parcel.

    About Refunds


    Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.

    Late or Missing Refunds

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow the following steps:

    1. Check your bank account again.
    2. Contact your credit card company, because it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
    4. If you’ve followed all of the steps and you still have not received your refund yet, please email us at service@estarer.com.
